Good luck finding parking after 4pm or on weekends if you're in building 6! Seriously, I pay almost $1000/month for a tiny one bedroom. The least they could do is offer assigned parking spots like a normal complex would. And the garages? Good luck getting one. Odds are your neighbor may have two or three.
Also, this once quiet and calm complex is now loud and annoying. Neighbors will have their music blasting from one of their many cars downstairs, and when they aren't blasting music, they are yelling at each other. Funny thing is, they aren't even fighting or arguing. That's just the way they talk.
If you happen to get the same plan as mine, be prepared. If you think that you'll be able to relax on your balcony after a long day at work, keep dreaming. Those said noisy neighbors are even noisier when they are walking past your gate.
Love the office staff though. Always kind and attentive, and these problems aren't their fault. I can tell they are trying to make this complex better again.
I can't wait til the lease is up though! I don't know what the hell even possessed me to renew my lease. Loved Palacio at first, but now I absolutely cannot stand it. I just may have to get my ears checked and sanity checked after I move out of here.
