  • Everthing here is WONDERFUL. Wish it had existed when I lived in Vegas four years ago but now that I'm back and forth for work I'll come here as often as I can. Their house-made lavender syrup IS as beautiful as everyone raves - try it in an iced (almond milk!) latte or a cocktail. Coffee in a V60 pourer is par excellence; although not roasted in-house it's sourced sustainably and fair-trade. I typically drink the Bolivian. There is a Stella Artois tap that is always tempting, but since this place closes at 4pm, I'm usually still in coffee mode. But the baristas have told me that 2017 is the year to expand: location #2 AND dinner/late-night hours are on the horizon! I'm pumped for that. The la paisa is phenomenal. The perfect arepa-based breakfast complete with sunny side up egg on top and accompanied by rice. The other popular breakfasts food look phenomenal as well: I've never seen a Latin-fusion place with quite the flair as this one. Spacious, including a patio, and a bar. The staff is all fantastic: pleasant, accommodating, conversational. Love this spot; will be back as often as I can.
