  • Early today, my friends and I decided to come here, and we left very disappointed and disrespected. An older gentleman I suppose the owner with another woman screamed and yelled at the 4 of us to leave the property immediately for slightly raising our voices while playing air hockey. My friend was accused of spazzing out, and was accused of lying when simply asking what he did wrong. We were all so confused because we didn't even know what we did so wrong for the situation to escalate so quickly. Although we politely apologized the older man demanded us to leave, and kept on questioning us if we are aware of the Nevada Trespassing Regulations. We all agreed to leave and the gentleman followed us out while calling the Police, followed us to the car, got our license plate number, and told us we should leave before the police arrive and our driver gets charged with a DUI, which was beyond boundaries of disrespect because first of all were all underaged teenagers that cannot even legally drink in the US, and second of all none of us were under the influence of any kind of substance. Absolutely the worst, and ridiculous customer service I've ever received in my life.
