  • Would give a half a star if possible. Horrible customer service. It took over an hour to pick up a moving truck that we reserved weeks ago and called the day before to confirm would still be available based on previous bad reviews regarding this place. The employee George is actually really good and works hard, but he is hindered by the boss (owner?) who didn't know what he was doing. He didn't know how to pull up the reservation and kept delegating every task to George, especially if it required waking outside, so meanwhile it took 3 transitions between the two of them to finally get the truck- 75 minutes later and there was only one other customer that had finished before we sat down to be helped. The owner? talked about politics and how he wanted to retire in Hawaii while he fumbled through the computer process. Finally George returned and was able to finish off the rental. Then came getting the car towing trailer we reserved at the same time. They couldn't find it, didn't know how they were going to get it from the back of the building to the truck out front and then brought the wrong trailer despite them mentioning twice that it was the car trailer, not the car dolly. I'm still waiting for the right trailer 30 minutes after I already waited 30. Avoid this place!!! Update: finally got the correct trailer, however, I noticed that their is a decent fuel leak coming from the diesel-coated, extremely rusted external fuel tank; probably not a new problem. Talked to George about the issue who called Bob (owner?) who's solution was to move to a 16 foot truck or call roadside service if the truck breaks down! Unbelievable. Again, avoid this place.
