  • My realtor recommended One Guard to me,and, so far, they haven't let me down. From re-keying locks to broken garage doors and even an exploding microwave, they've been there to get things fixed up. Customer service has always been pleasant, professional, and helpful, and the companies with whom they contract seem to know their stuff. I was especially impressed with Tina Launders, who helped with the exploding microwave. Her responses were lightning fast, and she did great research to find a replacement microwave that would fit - both physically and with our needs. If all future interactions with OneGuard are like the ones I experienced with Tina, OneGuard will have me as a customer for life.
