  • I have purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture, paid for extra warranties, and they do not honor it. 2 times!! We went to AF looking for a sofa for the den. I paid 288 for a fake leather sofa but geez it looked so nice and the price!!! Could not beat it! Had it for a month and my 200 lb son plopped down hard and must have broke a board. I called American furniture and they sent someone right out to pick it up, fixed it and brought it back. I didn't even pay for delivery when we bought it. They warranty all their furniture for a year... No BS.
