The experience with them went downhill, quickly. I was intrigued when one of the managers called to give me a trade in offer on a 300 I previously purchased last year. I was excited at the idea to get a chance to upgrade to a 600. She had set up an appointment with the store manager the next day.
It started off nice and sweet, one of the managers brought the 300 into the warehouse for an appraisal. He gathered all the paperwork needed so they can run some numbers. I expected to wait a couple of hours for some information, those hours passed and I had to get going to work.
A day later, they didn't call. Another day later, they didn't call. I personally left a voicemail with the manager who called me. The third day, I tried calling back only to have the same issue. I checked my credit later and it had dropped multiple points because they had constantly ran it without any updates or info.
I wish I could save I had a better experience or even a similar experience from the last time I bought from them. All this company wants to do is to continue being unprofessional to the customers that walk in. It's unfortunate because I was ready wish cash in hand for a down-payment on a new bike.
Take your business elsewhere, even the people on craigslist is probably more honest.
