  • Jay and Eiko are awesome. Before, I used to get my hair cut by Eiko but now I can only find time on weekends when she's off so I switched to Jay. Eiko takes a long time to carefully trim every split end I had the first time I went to this salon and that won me over right away. She recommends good products to save my hair from dryness without being pushy at all. Jay is the epitome of care. He too likes to take his time and take pride in his work. Today I told him I had my ears pierced recently so I was worried they would get infected. He then spent extra care to be as gentle and slow as possible so that he doesn't touch my ears. Can anyone ask for more? The overall wait time at this salon is reasonable too. This is the only salon I trust in Toronto.
