  • This review is not based on the installation experience but overall customer experience. The company was referred to me by Floor and Decor for installation of our product. The man came to my home and I explained the item we were purchasing was an engineered hardwood that would be glue down installation. I asked him as he measured if he provided any materials for installation to which he responded "no he would tell me what exactly was required in the estimate". He also asked if I would be removing the existing flooring or if he would be. I asked for a quote for both including demo and one if we did the demo. When we received the first quote for around $7500 my husband called and asked if that quote included the demo work since it was not an itemized qoute. Since we had already done the demo the price was reduced to $5400. We never received a quote without the demo as requested originally. When we called the company to move forward with the project, they told us the wrong quote was given and the new price installation price was $10k since it was glue down!!!!! When they called to follow up with the product lead time, they did not offer to meet the original quote and only came down to $8800. Very poor customer service and very unorganized perhaps they just didn't want our business. I guess it's best we didn't have them lay 2400sq ft of flooring in our home.
