  • Miserable, horrible, terrible, not helpful, this a company that SIMPLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS / spenders like me with 3 lines of unlimited data and top of the line devices. Called in to ask about an upgrade ( wanting to give them more of my business and so called manager Rene unable to tell the cost of upgrading ) Are you KIDDING!! Is this real??? Have Steven your district manager call me ASAP since you have my number.
