  • Awful experience as a first time customer!! We used them for my baby shower. They were all nice and fine until they got paid...and then all hell broke loose!! Because of their schedule, they had originally told us that they would deliver the cake to our venue a day before the actual event (which I wasn't happy about to begin with, but decided to be okay with that). Then 12 hours before the event, there was still no cake to be found at the venue....The staff at the venue was also told to have someone staffed to recieve the delivery of the cake, which we arranged for...and then when no cake was delivered at the promised time...we called them just to be very rudely informed that because they had another event that they were working on...they decided to just go ahead and change the delivery of the cake to 1 hour before the event!! When I questioned them about the last minute change, the lady was so rude and pretty much yelled at me for trying to "carry on a conversation about something that doesn't matter"..I'm sorry what?!?!?! Doesn't matter...did I hear you right there lady? She was extremely, and unbelievably rude...I was shocked that they have been able to carry on a business with this kind of approach towards their customers!!! And it gets better....the day of the event, the cake did get delievered...we had ordered red velvet with cream cheese icing. Obviously we didn't realize this until after we cut into the cake, but they had iced the layers of red velvet cake with just plain white icing that they had used to ice the top of the cake with!?!?!? So they just totally changed and cheated us on the cake that we had ordered....WOW!! I've had bad experiences with businesses before...but this by far takes the cake...no pun intended!!! Horrible...save your money...go some place else where your money and business might be valued more than this place....absolutely horrible!! Never going back!!!
