We went to Thomas Dermatology yesterday morning, and was assisted by Ms. Vanessa and she was really sweet and nice. Upon checking out i asked the staff in front if how long should i wait to go to my chosen pharmacy and she said give it an hour atleast. Okay, i gave it more than an hour. I went to cvs and hoping ill be able to get the prescription for my 3 month old son, unfortunately theres none. I called thomas dermatology's office and ask if they were able to send the prescription, they said there was a delay. So theyre are sending it that moment and give it 5-10 mins. So i waited again. When i asked the pharmacist if they received it already, again theres none. So the pharmacist from cvs asked for my number so that they will inform me if they received anything for my child, so i did some errands until 4pm. i called the pharmacy but unfortunately they havent receved anything yet. So again i called thomas dermatology's office and asked if they were able to send it to the pharmacy, and the woman said yes, its in walgreens. Why would they send my sons prescription to a different pharmacy and didnt even bother to call me to inform me that its in walgreens instead of cvs? And when i talked to this staff, she answered the phone and asked whats the problem? She's one irritated and never apologized. Unbelievable! Are they choosing people that theyre gonna be nice to?
