rev:text	Regret having my daughter's birthday here. She loves the trampoline at gymnastics so when we found this place we thought it was perfect for her 4th birthday party. We booked the largest party room over a month ago and were told we had the room from 11:30 till 1:10pm. The kids could only jump for the first hour but since they were only 3 and 4 the event planner said not to worry, they could take breaks in our party room. Because of that I ordered extra catering (continental platter, fruit platter) so they could enjoy a snack then go back out during the hour. A few days before I went in to check the party room for decorating and was told I wouldn't get access till 11:15 because another party had the room before. I was shocked that I'd only get 15 minutes to decorate but would have to make it work. When we showed we were told they booked another party and now we'd only get the room at 12:30 after the kids were done jumping. I'm not sure when I was supposed to decorate the ugly room and I would never have purchased and spent so much on a room that I wasn't getting access to for the entire duration of our event. Sure enough the kids needed a break and without the room we had to drink water and have snacks outside the room with other guests who were rowdy, helping themselves to our platters when we weren't looking and overwhelming. When we finally got the room only 1 staffer helped me decorate as the kids and parents were in the room waiting. If you've ever had 4 year olds hungry you know what a nightmare that is. The catering was brought in but with just one staffer we had to wait for each item to come in from their back room. Water wasn't even served because the poor staffer just ran out of time but thankfully we packed a cooler with bottles of water. I was really disappointed. After all my planning for decorations, food, thinking ahead, it was ruined by skyzone's greed in overbooking. I was disappointed that I was lied to about our booking. Had I known we weren't getting the room the entire time we'd booked for I would have selected another venue. As for the trampolines we had serious issues as well. The staff wouldn't let the parents help their kids, and we couldn't get close enough (on the safe blue borders) to take any photos. There are so many rules, none which were made clear to us and it seemed like every 2 seconds one of our kids or parents were getting yelled at about something. Another party was there and tried to bounce in the reserved section we'd paid for and the staff was really rude to him and his child. Apparently another staffer told him it was ok to bounce in our area so there was a lot of confusion and fighting around us and our guests. I wish I read these reviews before we purchased this package. I've asked management to reach out to me as I'm still really upset but no one will respond and it's not even clear who the manager of this location is. I'm not the type to write a negative review but we spent a lot of money on this and in the end it was pure chaos, unorganized and they were greedy that I really want to make sure other parents aren't set up for disappointment.
