  • What a bad experience! Fireflys has been one of my favorite places for about 4 years now, even after all that occurred with the closure and allegations. This time 13 of us went out to celebrate my friends bday. 1st they brought out all the food except my boyfriends, which arrived 10 min later. 2nd my boyfriend almost chocked on a piece of metal. It was clearly a piece of the metal lid of the wine bottle. (Not my bfs day!) We told the waiter who called the manager! Wow! What a joke!!! He treated us like if we wanted the meal for free (we didn't even ask for anything). He never apologized however proceeded to tell us that the sangria is filtered 3 times. I don't care!! Hello! He was rude and defensive. We all work in hospitality and honestly wanted to laugh in his face. He asked us what type of sangri we wanted, he would replace the pitcher. (I hope!) we sAid white and he sent out red!!!!!! We told the waitress who called him over and he gave us the nastiest attitude. Wow!! Will not go back! Service went bad in that place. The manager seriously needs as Forbes training.
