Let me just start off by saying that this is my first car experience. I went in here one ay so excited. My sales person was Dan Perlstein. When we took it for a drive everything was great. I walked out as happy as could be. Now hear me out, until you're finished with me then you should be able to help me out I mean you did sell me the car. We had some issues here and there and anytime I emailed him... NO ANSWER. I call him NO ANSWER and if he did all he would reply with a text is out of town or with a client. Okay fine. You can be out of town or with a client I call the main office and speak to several people. NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLS. The lack of respect I get here is unbelievable. Things did not work out so I had to give the car back the payment was promised to be refunded. It was a battle trying to get that money back. It took a good month till I was able to find someone that would help me. This is ridiculous. I told them this has got to be the WORST car buying experience ever. I'm so sad that the service is like that for the quality of the car. What a SHAME. Oh well, I'll take my business somewhere else.
