  • Our A/C died during the sweltering 117 temps of the summer! We woke up at 3:00 a.m. to a rapidly warming home. I called John's Refrigeration right then -- at 3:00 in the morning! -- and someone answered the phone on the first ring. The call to schedule our service time came immediately thereafter, and the service man arrived at precisely the appointed time. He rolled out the red carpet -- literally! --- before putting booties on and entering our home. He was the most polite and gracious man -- Chris. Chris got right to work and diagnosed the problem in 15-20 minutes. We gave him the OK to take care of it, and within 30-60 minutes our A/C was back to normal. We owe John's a debt of gratitude for the wonderful -- exceeding our expectations -- service and the highest caliber of employees. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I would NEVER hesitate to contact them -- even in the middle of the night. Steve & Cindy C.
