  • We were very excited when Own Town first opened. It had swivel chairs, was cheaper than AMC or Regal, and had alcohol! However, their prices have gone up and I find their seating situation rather annoying. You sit in the faux leather executive-office chairs - which are very comfy. They also rock & swivel... cool, until you see 5 people in front of you aggressively rocking and bobbing their heads throughout the movie. Great concept, but it's tiny and for the price, I'd rather go to Birkdale where I can at least walk around and window shop after.
