  • I was very disappointed upon getting my jeep checked out and oil changed. you would think it would be best to go to dealership but Mike in the service department was extremely rude. he was not helpful and actually acted like he was better than everyone who came in there... excuse me you work at a dealership! We will be getting our new jeep grand Cherokee at another dealership.
