  • Not worth the price. Sure the staff are nice and the apartments look nice but you have ratchet neighbours who can't control their kids and let them run crazy, not to mention some of the apartments have issues with them and their appliances, and to top it off they have a big roach problem from dirty residents attracting bugs in. They have a guy who comes to spray individual apartments and it is not that effective. I have never had roaches before but recently they have been coming out of my sink even though I was told the pest control guy came and sprayed (which honestly speaking I think he just did a half ass job). The staff are nice but this apartment is not worth the price.
