  • I'm sitting in my car dumbfounded by this Supercuts. I've never had an experience like this before at a salon. Bambi cut my hair and honestly this girl needs fired. She was rude from the beginning. I asked for the supercuts 3. She gave me attitude about it. I was trying to tell her how I wanted my hair cut and she told me "this doesn't help me" then scoffed. While cutting my hair she ran in the back to eat some food. A customer came in shortly after that and she said "it's going to be a while" but the told me "her ass can wait". But on top of everything I left with what looks like half a hair cut. So unprofessional. So rude. I love the location on Stapley but honestly with the treatment I got from Bambi I think I'd rather over pay and go to a Toni & Guy from now on. I really hope something is done about her. It's unacceptable behavior.
