  • This is an owner-operated business and I found him to be very prompt ,very efficient. he took his time and cleaned my unit and explained everything to me and as a new homeowner I needed to be educated on my system. I have had previous HVAC companies out to look at our system and immediately they tried to sell me a new one. I did not have that issue with L&R. I did buy a year contract for my own peace of mind .my air conditioning unit has been running well and at this point I can recommend using L&R
