  • Had my daughters Bday party on a Sunday at this location....Party start time was 4pm was told to arrive half an hour before did that however party did not start until 4:20pm.....we also paid for the cosmic package whick should have come with a souvenir for the bday girls but got nothing.....Our party host Alicia was very cold did not interact with the kids or smile once....some of the parents ask if we could request another host but the only other person there was at the front desk.....during pizza time when the kids finish eating I had to serve the ones who wanted more.......while Alicia just stood there......I paid $350.00 for this party and was not satisfied let's just say I will never have another party at this place again.........
