  • Usually I'd be giving these folks a 5 star review. Past dealings have been just fine. Currently seeking out Scott Drake Magnum 500 Chrome Wheels for my '72 Mustang. Well documented that the manufacturers are having issues and most shops will not even give an estimated delivery date. When I saw these wheels on their site, it listed a ship date of 3/22. Great. Add them to my cart and suddenly it becomes Out Of Stock with a pick up date of 4/4 ?? Go on chat and they give me the run-around. First they say the 4/4 date is international since I'm from Canada....sorry WRONG - primary and only ship address is in USA - past orders went there. Furthermore showed screen prints clearly showing system had accepted my US Zip Code for shipping and calculated $0 shipping charge to the US Address. No such thing as $0 International shipping on this site. We go round and round a few times. In the end they are just quoting some date that someone put on their site. Will take your money and as in this case, god knows when the items will actually ship. Estimated dates have to be based on realistic manufacturer delivery dates. As a seller they should exercise common sense when dealing with their suppliers to ensure they are being straight-forward and honest so as not to disappoint their customers. My chat rep couldn't have cared less......that's not how you keep a customer. BACK-AT-CHA Summit Racing.
