  • I wonder who are the people running this business? This should be a public service. Travelling to other countries is a serious medical and social issue; can be a matter of life and death. The person I spoke with over the phone is very rude. She was like: it's $59, blah blah blah ... , I inquired further, and she was like: Sir, we are very busy, would you like to get vaccinated or not? They should subcontract reception to call centres that are knowledgeable and courteous enough to explain procedures and the importance of vaccines and not sound like fly by night dealership.
