  • I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I'll tell you why: Warby Parker has worked tirelessly to get the exact pair of glasses that work for me in terms of my refraction and prescription. They gave me glasses that were the prescription that my optometrist recommended for my contacts and glasses. Only thing was 4 months after my prescription was done, was when I went to get my glasses made at Warby. My astigmatism had worsened in my right eye, as I just got an eye exam today. So they've literally ordered multiple pairs of glasses for me, adjusted them free of charge, when they did everything right before hand. Problem was, is my eyes were killing me wearing the glasses they made, but they didn't stop at getting it right. My new pair of glasses are on the way with the right refraction, right prescription that I got from the optometrist they recommended (who was amazing!) and they're rush shipping them FREE OF CHARGE. Kelly Fair, and michael? I believe is the optician at the store, are amazing. Great people great company and glad to not support the monopoly that is Luxottic(who cares)a
