Have been a customer for over 13 years. Have always paid too much. Called today and they said they could lower the bill by $40 a month, but as long as I called to complain about my charges. They don't offer you the discount because they are a business. Good luck to new customers after your first year! Oh ya, was transferred 6 times and on hold and talked to someone for an hour and a half before a hung up tired of waiting for a top supervisor.
