I am beyond irritated with target if your employee screws up you should make it right! And when the store manager confirms that you were being lied to at first and she apologies her employees were instructed to tell us that, and her employee accepted the wrong loading truck, but there isn't a thing she can do, I will never be dealing with any target again in how they treat their customers and lie so they don't have to own their mistake that was done! I was at target for three hours trying to get this issue resolved asked for the DM number to speak with him/her they said they would not give me the number nor call the DM themselves on the store phone so I can speak to him/her after and hour on the phone with customer relation I finally get the store manager to call me. And when I let her know I still want a call from the DM to acknowledge this mistake, she said she spoke to her and told her she had to remain fair to the customers and can't do anything to make fix this error and the DM agreed with her. So this company from the top allows customers to be lied to and not make their error right not a company I want to support. If Yelp allowed me not to put a star I wouldn't even give them one star.
