  • Stumptown Station is a private bar (cocktail, wine, beer) located in Matthews, NC (around 15 miles Southeast of Charlotte, NC). Since it is a private club, there is a fee of $5 per year (or VIP at $30 per year, which comes with own engraved glass / mug). The membership of $5 allows each person to bring up to 4 guests (only 1 entry allowed). The space itself is located in a 2 level brownstone building. There are several options on the menus, but I really like Mules, so I decided to try their Matthews Market Mule (made with NC Vodka, NC Ginger Ale, Fresh Lime with Stumptown Seasonal Pick). At the time, mine was apple cider / cinnamon. NOM NOM NOM!! At the time of visit, there was a live DJ and then some Bingo. Definitely a fun atmosphere. ENJOY!!
