  • UPDATE 5 Minutes Later: Been on hold for 35 minutes on office phone...meanwhile was only on hold on cell phone for 5. Now I'm on hold again so we'll see how long it takes them to get back on the line. Also, why are they answering newer calls when there are clearly other people that have been waiting A LOT longer to talk to someone? Office staff is so disappointing. Please get organized, get it together and TAKE CARE OF YOUR PATIENTS. So sad but I'm writing this review as I'm on hold...going on 30 minutes now. Which is the norm. I usually end up calling from my office phone AND my cell phone just to have a better chance of not being on hold for 45 minutes again. I'm trying to get an update on a referral that the PA was supposed to send over to a specialist and it's been three weeks. I've called the other place and was told they never received anything. The saddest part is that the referral is for a biopsy...something that shouldn't take this long to be scheduled. Here I am freaking out about my health and everyone is taking their time. Also, I know there is a specific number you're supposed to dial to get scheduling/referral department but that one ALWAYS goes to a voicemail. I think it's time to find another doctor. I understand that I am not the only patient but wait times should not be this extreme, ESPECIALLY when you're just trying to figure out what's wrong with you.
