  • WOW! WOW! WOW! I was in a panicked situation w/my 80-year old very ill mom, and the staff at Nightingale jumped into action immediately to help me. Terri talked me off the ledge (metaphorically), and sent over a nurse to evaluate my mom's condition. The nurse then communicated w/Mom's doctor, arranged for a private ambulance, and assured Mom and me that all was OK. This is customer service AT ITS BEST!!! A model for all businesses! We're going to need in-home care for Mom and I won't consider anyone else. Neither will my mom! She absolutely LOVED the nurse (Kierstan), and I am indebted to Terri, who was so amazingly kind and generous to someone who was completely freaked out. I don't have words in my vocabulary that can reflect my appreciation.
