We trusted Revolution Moving Systems to move are home from Dallas to Denver. We paid the driver onsite who kept increasing the dollar amount. He clearly didn't know what he was doing. He complained about it being his second cross country move ever. He said being from Texas, he was quite nervous about driving into snowy conditions. He was a very nervous man.
After he told us the final charge he wrote my credit card number down on a random slip of paper. I told him the agents already have it. He said he needed it. I was immediately alerted by my CC company of fraud after he left. I called Revolution Moving Systems and the agents. One of the young agents told me my card was declined. My CC company let me know it wasn't declined and that I should call the agents back. Upon calling back and being on hold, I was reinformed by one of the revolution moving systems agents the transaction was not cleared. I heard her ask her neighbor to run the card again. She came back and lied telling me her neighbor ran the card again and it was declined. She hung up almost immediately after. I called back and threatened legal action. Then a charge for more than what the driver said it costed was charged. I never got an explanation for this from anyone.
One of the movers asked if he could use my restroom when he arrived. He took a dump in my bathroom and wiped with a hand towel apparently because I already packed the toilet paper. He stunk up the entire apartment. It was awful.
Many of my personal items were crushed, antique furniture scratched, and many items are missing. It appears the items were flown as many items exploded.
We are missing textbooks valued in total over $2,000. We have emailed and called Revolution Moving Systems regarding the college texts and boxes of personal items but they always put us on long holds and we receive no reply. We are now attempting to file a claim. Another phone hold service. The agents know how sweet talk claiming to be from Waco, TX. The charm turned on and once they have your deposit you see they located in Vegas and not Waco.
We are appalled by the lack of customer service and professionalism of the movers, and particularly, the agents. Think twice about trusting Glen or Sara with planning to move your possessions. Horrible!
