  • NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Henderson Properties and especially Robin Kaplan are the absolute worst people. This management company, if you can call them that, is terribly unprofessional. They do not respond to calls or e-mails. Myself and several peers have left messages upon messages for Robin and never received a return call. If that was not enough, don't even expect to get a response from a e-mail correspondence. There has been issues with the grounds that required immediate response, several e-mails were send and no response from the management company was received, until legal action was threatened did we receive a response that the grievance was noted but no action was taken. Many members of the community banned together at a HOA meeting to describe their issues with the management company, and they laughed off the complaints hiding behind their contract with the board. Henderson Properties and Robin Kaplan are horrible, non responsive and do not care about anything but collecting money and not doing their jobs.
