REALLY p!ssed off at this place. We used to come here all the time when we were living in Surprise. Now we're in Paradise Valley but my kid still prefers it over the local alternative (AZ AirTime) and was begging me to take him, so we made the thirty minute trek to Skyzone last weekend. I have two vouchers for $10 for an hour of jump time (regular cost $13). I went to the counter to check him in and presented one of these vouchers (which, I might add, has absolutely NO expiry date marked on it - I specifically checked this before I brought it). The girl immediately told me that the voucher expired in March, without really even looking at it.
I didn't want to ruin my kid's day by turning and walking out at that point - although I sorely felt like it - so I ponied up the $13. I have another similar voucher at home which is apparently useless. Not coming back, no matter how much my kid likes the place. A deal is a deal, either mark an expiry date on your vouchers or else just flat out honor them.
It's very rare that a place goes from five to one star for me. First time for everything huh.
