  • I have to honestly say that I can't remember ever walking out of a salon being happier with my results then I was yesterday when I left The Root. I am a new client there and they were able to take my appointment on incredibly short notice which helped me greatly with my busy schedule. I brought in a picture of the cut and color I wanted and presented it to my stylist, Alba. She quickly got to work mixing my color and when I say she got it PERFECT, I mean it. When I said I found The Root thru Yelp, Alba was quick to give me the free scalp massage, shine treatment, and eyebrow wax that they mention above. She followed up with a shampoo, conditioner and a beautiful cut that was also perfect. And although it was the end of the day and I'm sure she wanted to go home, Alba even offered to style and curl my hair so I walked out looking just like my celebrity picture I brought it. I was more than impressed with my service and the incredibly reasonable price I paid for everything! I will be recommending Alba and The Root to my friends!
