  • Like the Keystone Cops of Dry Cleaners. Cannot follow directions. Just got home and a belt loop was ripped off the back of a pair of dress pant. Careless, shoddy work. I am sure there are better choices. When I confronted the manager on why simple directions were not followed I got a dumb look and weak smile which basically said to me, "Move along." No offer to actually fix it.
