There is a reason these guys have a 5 star rating. Having your car wrecked is a bummer but these guys make the process of getting it fixed as good as it can be, and they do great work.
This wasn't where my gecko insurance company sent me but a couple of friends who had previously used Ric's insisted I get an estimate from them.
So I rolled into Ric's without an appointment as they opened on my way to the gecko's spot. Not a peep about needing an appointment, only smiling faces. I got an estimate, a few jokes, a rundown on how the process would go, and was out the door in 20 minutes.
So I rolled around the corner to the gecko's recommended spot for my scheduled appointment. What a horrible experience! Though I had a scheduled appointment, I wasn't waited on, wasn't asked if I needed help until 17 minutes after the scheduled time even with employees standing around. The whole interaction was poor service and in no way made me think they would fix my car right. They didn't seem to give a sh!t about anything. I left VERY upset!
So I headed back to Ric's where they helped me calm down and got me set up to get my car fixed. They handled all dealings with the insurance company and kept me informed on the progress.
When I picked my car up it looked perfect and was immaculately clean, no paint shop smell or back lot grime. Impressive. The paperwork was a breeze and after a walk around and a brief explanation to not go Karate Kid with the wax for a while I was on the road, extremely pleased.
Having car damage is never fun but these guys will make the whole experience the best it can be through all aspects. 5 star service and repairs. Thanks to all at Ric's!
