This location is terrible. You're put on hold and transferred from agent to agent - none of whom actually communicate with each other. Instead you have to repeat yourself over and over again.
While on hold, you listen to the recording about enterprise picking you up anywhere making it convenient for you and all their locations.
Well, I spoke with Brian this morning and he said they do pick ups about a 5 mile radius, going up to Green Valley. We got off the phone, I made my reservation then called back to schedule my pick up.
A woman answers this time and says "that's too far for us today." And today is different from any other day because??? So I let her know I just spoke with Brian who said the pick ups would be up to Green Valley and around the 5 mile range. She says that she'll check and was placing me on hold.
Brian picks up and doesn't acknowledge the situation just says "hello this is Brian". When I let him know someone else put me on hold he said, "yeah she said you just spoke with me but I haven't talked to anyone today."
So I repeated our entire conversation and then he starts correcting things. Oh so you did talk to someone today.
Turns out I'm 7 miles away. All interstate and only takes 8-10 minutes. But I'm well before Green Valley.
Then he starts back peddling on what he said and tells me he's going to place me on a brief hold to see if they can make an exception. Then Adrian answers the phone not acknowledging anything either at which point I hung up because clearly there is not one person there who possesses a reasonable amount of competence or wherewithal to provide even mediocre service.
What a joke.
