  • I made okra gumbo for shrimp gumbo this morning. After spending 40 minutes making a roux, chopping up the fresh vegetables, adding the frozen okra from this Harris Tetter I find the okra had freezer burn. Thus the gumbo is ruined. I should have known better as this is not my experience with spoiled food from this store. I knew better to buy from there but it was so handy. I hope to use better judgment and not shop there. I have found their pices high and quality low consistently.
