  • Terrible experience with this company. Initially contacted them on 11/17 for tax planning advice. Was asked to schedule an appointment, then later on was asked to call. Scheduled a phone consult and they missed their call time. Contacted them and had somebody call me... the CPA I spoke to seemed like I was bothering him; answers were short and not interested with my concerns. Then asked to send previous tax year documents and latest income info in order for them to take a look at the situation. Sent this information in late November. Asked for follow up early December, stated a manager was looking at my case. Never heard a word back from them. Not only do they have all of my personal information, they just completely dropped me off of the map. Do not seem organized at all.
