  • I wasn't over the top blown away by the Root. I like the concept, but it was poorly executed. First off, I ordered a drink and the guy started making it, then put it down halfway through and started a drink for the next customer? Huh? It took him a good 15 minutes to make my Chai and other than the person he put in front of me, I was the only drink he was working on . Very bizarre. We sat down and decided what to order - the bread my sandwich came on was awesome but the rest of it was just meh. The rest of my group agreed with me. I don't think I'll add this to my "must do" when I come home to Cleveland for a visit.
