  • I went to this salon when I first moved to Charlotte in hopes of finding a great nail salon - I was extremely disappointed. I felt like I was being processed through an assembly. The pedicurist rushed through my pedicure - I felt no sense of relaxation at all during this process. The pedicure probably took a total of 15 minutes. I felt like I was being pushed through an assembly! In addition, my polish chipped within two days! Despite all of these, I returned to Polished several times - both at the South End and the SouthPark locations - and proceeded to have the same experience. After my fiftth time at this underwhelming overpriced salon, I finally decided to call it quits. There are so many other salons in Charlotte that offer better services and affordable pricing. This place is so not worth it.
