They told me insurance wouldn't cover the full cost of my basic cleaning and fillings replaced--something that surprised me and that I clarified at the time. Insurance has since informed me that this was incorrect, and that Aspen charged me even though the insurance had covered the full price.
Aspen also listed the wrong tooth to be filled, tried and failed to fill it two full times before managing it (causing me to leave 30 mins after they promised me I would be out), and my teeth still hurt almost a month after the basic cleaning.
I've been to the dentist twice a year for most of my life and have never encountered such incompetent dentistry. I now understand why people hate the dentist.
They are in place to make money, not to care for your teeth. Go elsewhere.
