This store alone restores my faith that customer service isn't dead. I ordered dog tags for my dogs back in September and for some reason they never arrived. I called the store in October and they said they'd been sent to the wrong address. I waited until January and still nothing. I called in February and they said that one of the tags had been sent there and not my address and the other one was still MIA. I explained to the girl that there was no way I would be able to drive all the way to the store front to get them as I pretty much work the same hours they're open. I called again about a week ago and the girl told me that they had mailed both tags to me the day before and apologized profusely about the wait. When the tags arrived they were placed in a lovely card with a $20 gift card as an apology for the confusion. Here's were it gets good... yesterday I opened my mail box and there was another card there. This time it had a $30 gift card for the Farmers Market location with a note explaining that they forgot I couldn't make it to their store so they were sending me a certificate for the location I could make it to and that I was welcome to use both if I could.
Thank you! I don't know of any other business that would have gone to these lengths or taken my schedule into consideration.
Life long customer,
Annie
