rev:text	I dropped my laptop and the port where you plug in the battery was broken. Instead of trying to youtube it my husband suggested that we take it to an expert. I found Brigg on Facebook and went to his office first thing in the morning. This morning he texted me that my computer was done and I'm typing on it right now! It's as good as new. He was really helpful and very patient with me (and my three-year-old.) Hopefully we don't have any more issues but if I do I'll consult Brigg first.
