I would have put a ONE star here EXCEPT for the fact that managers Patrick and Kris made every effort to rectify.
We first got a table that was perfect except a small transportation damage on one of the legs. While delivery was present, talked to customer service. The guy on the phone, Joseph, was not just RUDE, he was insulting. For what reason I have no idea. So instead of retain for repair, we asked for replacement. 2 more times some issue- first damage to the top surface, then damage to the bottom of the table top. But the third time, the delivery ppl were pushy and we kept the table for repair. The technician showed up, and said that the table needs to be replaced.
Almost each time, we kept the store manager in the loop. It was because of he managers' involvement that we FINALLY got a table that didn't have damage ( probably the first table with different legs)
The customer service on east coast might not cooperate or understand by what we got from the store was definitely compensatory. I just wish they could address the customer service and delivery issues.
