  • i just checked in to our booked executive conrner suite, where the representative delighted us by stating that we were receiving a complimentary upgrade to a penthouse one bedroom, which as your site indicated, it needs to be a suite with open kitchen and larger living room. the penthouse one bedroom should be more bigger and definitely different from the executive corner suite, since you guys charge extra money for this room. however, after being very excited with this news, stepping inside our suite, i was dramatically depressed by seeing that it was nothing different to what we booked, a executive corner suite. very upset, i went to the representative and he said that this is a penthouse suite but with a different floor plan, which upsets me more because it made me like he wanted to fool me. it is definitely different but he urged that it is the same which is a lie! without the news of the upgrade and shifts in our emotion, our first day in vdara would have been much better than now. very disappointed in your service!!
