This is a brand new meat and seafood market and I couldn't wait to stop in after reading about it in the Phoenix New Times. I'm always on the lookout for new privately owned markets. We went yesterday and we're greeted so nicely by Chris and Ryan. I wasn't looking for anything in particular. Ryan recommended the John Dory filets which I had never had before. I cooked them last night, as recommended, very simply in lemon butter, tossed in some capers. This was not only some of the best fish I've ever had but it was also the best fish I've ever made. I wouldn't have ever known to try it without Chris' recommendation. This is what I love about small markets. I will definitely be back. Thanks Chris and Ryan!
