  • Initially I really did want to like this place. I tried their fancy milk tea and it was pretty good. The flavor was also there and it tasted like it was brewed tea. Overtime as I returned the consistency was way off every visit. Sometimes it was sweet sometimes too flavorless or the tea wasn't strong. Given their pricing I was really hoping for more consistency and quality control. Given their price range, there are definitely more authentic and worthy options out there. My advice to management is make sure quality control and consistency are at the forefront or you'll lose more customers.
