I agree that sometimes the front desk doesn't have it together. And when you call them,it can be hard to get through and get answers. I have Dr. Kalya. The first time was weird,and I wasn't liking it. Since then,I have grown to really like her. She's always nice,and though she doesn't stay too long,she will answer questions for me if I have one. Everyone there is friendly. The only thing I don't like is that I really wanted to be involved and hands on with my dr. to deal with the Fibromyalgia,to try different things. But she doesn't really suggest anything different than what we've been doing. I don't agree with some of the posts,but every experience is different--overall I like the place and the people there. One question for others----has anyone found the patient portal yet??? I cannot find it,it always says page not found,and I have tried everything I can think of.
