| - I have visited a few escape room facilities and played multiple escape rooms. Escape Games is the best, by far.
The facility is clean and spacious. In the lounge, there are several tables, a couple of couches, and a small pile of boardgames and card games.
The 12 of us booked Haunting of Noriko in advance, and even though some of us are not into horror stories, we had a lot of (scary) fun! The moment we stepped inside, it was evident that the people behind Escape Games put a lot of thought into each and every aspect of this two-storey escape game. Similar to their suggestion, I think this escape game is best with 8 people. (To be honest though, I was so glad we had 12 or it would have been too eerily quiet and lonely at times since the puzzles were spread apart and it was best to solve them simultaneously!)
We enjoyed it so much, we all decided to play a second escape game. But this time, 6 of my friends played Syndicate: Relic Heist, while the rest of us played Escape from Bleak Prison.
Escape from Bleak Prison involved a lot more communication and I felt it was more difficult than Haunting of Noriko. But 6 was a perfect number -- everybody was involved from start to finish.
(As for Syndicate: Relic Heist, my friends said the puzzles were really difficult and they were unable to complete their mission.)
The technology used in both Haunting of Noriko and Escape from Bleak Prison was remarkable. Some aspects of the escape games were quite unpredictable and that's what made it fun and exciting!
